Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking a Room Division Manager to lead Front Office, Guest Experience, Concierge and Housekeeping, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role oversees all Rooms Division operations, drives revenue optimization, and develops talent while maintaining Mandarin Oriental's Legendary Quality Experiences (LQE) and service standards. Fluency in French and English is required.

• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial results, guest satisfaction, team productivity, and operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to the hotel's overall strategy by participating in executive committee decisions, transformation projects, renovations, process improvements, and risk/compliance management.

About the job

The Room Division Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Guest Experience, Concierge, Housekeeping. The role ensures exceptional guest satisfaction, operational excellence, revenue optimization, talent development, and financial performance while maintaining Mandarin Oriental's Legendary Quality Experiences (LQE) and service standards.

The Rooms Division Manager serves as a key member of the hotel's leadership team, driving collaboration across departments and contributing to the achievement of hotel business objectives.

As Room Division Manager, you willbe responsiblefor the following duties:
