You will foster teamwork within the Concierge department and ensure compliance with hotel standards while collaborating closely with Front Desk and Food & Beverage departments.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the Parisian luxury hospitality industry, with fluency in both English and French. The position offers benefits such as a 13th-month bonus and health coverage.

About The Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris the Deputy Chief Concierge supports reports directly to the Chief Concierge.

Responsibilities

You will foster and cultivate a climate of trust within the Concierge team, encouraging cooperation, knowledge sharing, and a pursuit of excellence.
You will coordinate, organize, and supervise the work of the teams, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures. You will also take part in training initiatives to develop team members' skills and maintain a high level of excellence.
To ensure smooth service operations, you will work closely with other hotel departments—particularly Front Desk and Food & Beverage—and follow up on guest requests to ensure they are properly fulfilled.

Fluency in English and French and a significant experience in the Parisian luxury hospitality industry—ideally a minimum of 5 years.
