Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking a Spa concierge to join our Spa Department. The role centers on warmly welcoming guests, handling bookings for treatments and organizing practitioner schedules.

You will explain services, promote spa products, process invoices and maintain a pristine spa reception. Fluency in English is required, and a third language is a plus for our international guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a luxury establishment.
• Initiative and flexibility.
• Rigour, attention to detail and discretion.
• Excellent sense of service, courtesy and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; a third language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• To ensure the reception and care of our guests according to the standards of hospitality of the Mandarin Oriental group
• Advising customers and selling products adapted to their needs
• Manage the booking of appointments for treatments and organize the agendas of our practitioners
• Promote spa products and services to customers
• Establish the invoicing of the various services
• Ensure that the spa reception is properly maintained
