NETZSCH Grinding & Dispersing in Dardilly (Lyon) is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to manage the South West Europe region, covering France, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal. You will drive market activities, in close cooperation with local sales teams, and oversee after-sales/ service activities.

The role emphasizes attaining sales targets, streamlining administration, and shaping regional strategies for high-precision thermal analysis, rheology and fire-testing equipment.

Qualifications

• University degree in natural sciences or engineering.
• Experience in sales of capital goods via direct and indirect channels.
• Knowledge of sales processes and distribution structures in analytical equipment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel up to ~30% for customer visits.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize sales region South West Europe (France, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal).
• Organize market activities with local sales teams in France and Spain.
• Oversee After-Sales & Service activities with the Service team.
• Organize administrative tasks in collaboration with the admin team.
• Ensure sales targets and earnings for the local Sales & Service organization.
• Oversee administrative, financial and legal management of the subsidiary.
• Ensure compliance with French regulations and group policies.
• Develop regional sales strategy and introduce new sales channels for high quality thermal analysis, rheology and fire testing.
