NETZSCH Grinding & Dispersing seeks a results-driven sales professional to expand market presence in France, focusing on the Food, Pharma, Minerals, Cosmetic, Chemistry, and Battery sectors. You will analyze customer needs and coordinate with global Application Specialists to deliver technically demanding solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in technical sales, a technical degree, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field (materials science, chemistry, mechanical engineering) or comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in sales of technical products.
• Experience with production processes in the chemical industry.
• Structured, goal-oriented working style with strong service orientation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent English and French, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Increase market share with existing customers and acquire new customers in Food, Pharma, Minerals, Cosmetic, Chemistry, Battery / New Energy sectors.
• Analyze and identify customer needs for technically demanding process solutions.
• Provide support to customers during testing and coordinate with Application Specialists in Germany.
• Execute sales campaigns and organize trade fairs and customer events.
• Independently manage defined sales regions in France, developing and implementing sales concepts.
• Track sales activities in CRM tool Salesforce.
