NETZSCH-Gruppe in France seeks a regional Sales Manager to lead the South West Europe zone (France, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal) from Lyon area. You will organize market activities with France/Spain teams and supervise after-sales service, administration, and earnings targets.

You will develop the regional sales strategy, identify opportunities, and drive new channels for high-precision analytical equipment, including rheology and fire testing devices.

Qualifications

• University degree in natural sciences or engineering.
• Experience selling capital equipment via direct/indirect channels.
• Knowledge of business administration is beneficial.
• Management experience is beneficial.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize the Sales region South West Europe (France, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal).
• Organize market activities with local sales teams in France and Spain.
• Coordinate After-Sales & Service activities with the Service team.
• Oversee administration tasks with the admin team.
• Ensure sales and earnings targets for the local Sales & Service organization.
• Develop regional sales strategy and new sales channels for analytical equipment.
