Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate daily sorting operations to achieve KPIs.
• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of operators.
• Track and analyze shift performance and implement corrective actions.
• Act as Operations Manager during absence and manage escalations.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
