Ridecell is seeking a Solutions Support Engineer in France (Paris or Bordeaux) to guide customers through integrations, troubleshooting, and deployment support. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to ~10% to customer sites or offices across Europe. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, technical support, consulting, or other customer-facing roles.
• Experience with Python, Java, .Net or similar OO language; willingness to learn Python.
• Exposure to site reliability in critical environments and on-call rotations.
• Ability to read database schemas and optimize SQL queries.
• Familiarity with development tools (Github, Linux commands, Jira, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Lead technical integration projects with customer IT teams.
• Provide on-site and remote pre- and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Launch, and Customer Success teams to ensure delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities including customer demos and value proposition presentations.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve issues; document findings for escalation.
