Job summary

Synthesia is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to build presales in France and Southern EMEA. This founding role shapes the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model.

You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong discovery, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business value and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls to understand customer requirements and environment.
• Design and deliver demos; scope POCs; articulate value and ROI.
• Collaborate with AEs, Customer Success and Product Marketing on deals.
• Maintain credible product and industry knowledge to support senior conversations.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
