Job summary

Synthesia in Paris is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the growing presales team for France and Southern EMEA. You will run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs, and design technical solutions for deals. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to ensure customer value and scalable playbooks.

This role requires travel, strong demo skills, and a hands-on approach to APIs, integrations, security, and compliance topics as you scale with the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing SaaS experience.
• Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to discovery with the AE and demonstrates core techniques.
• Applies solution designs to customer use cases and navigates deal contexts with Product and Success teams.
• Identifies deal risk and next steps, escalating to the AE for action.
• Knows MEDDPICC and Command of the Message and why Synthesia fits the prospect.
• Resourceful in finding the right internal tools and building strong networks.
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations and security/compliance topics; eager to deepen expertise.
• Willing to travel for on-site discovery and demos as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to plan discovery and understand customer requirements.
• Deliver demos that tell a credible business story and map to customer problems.
• Scope POCs and design technical solutions for each deal.
• Create and maintain reusable demo assets, templates, and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers.
