Synthesia is hiring Solutions Engineers to build the pre-sales function in France and Southern EMEA. As a founding SE, you will shape the playbook, tooling and best practices while scaling with the team, collaborating with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery and demos.

You will design technical solutions, manage POCs, and guide customers on value delivered by Synthesia.

Competenze

• 2+ years of pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or customer‑facing technical experience in a SaaS environment.
• Delivers strong standard demos aligned to discovery points with the AE.
• Applies established solution designs to customer use cases with core ecosystem teams.
• Identifies deal risks and next steps, escalating clearly to the AE.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message; able to articulate Synthesia’s fit.
• Resourceful: builds internal network across GTM org.
• Comfortable with technical fundamentals (APIs, integrations, security, compliance).
• Self‑motivated and organized, manages multiple POCs and demos while meeting deadlines.
• Willing to travel for discovery and on‑site demos.
• Fluency in English and French.

Mansioni

• Co‑plan and support discovery calls with your AE to understand requirements, environment, and business challenges.
• Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies showing value across Studio, Roleplay Sessions, or Integrations.
• Build knowledge of Synthesia’s platform and roadmap to address cross‑product use cases.
• Deliver demos that address customer problems and tell a credible Synthesia story.
• Identify technical objections and integration questions; work with AE and ecosystem to find a path forward.
• Contribute assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk to shape deal strategy.
• Keep deal team and manager informed on status, timeline, and dependencies.
• Identify and enable technical champions within customer organizations.
• Provide guidance on APIs, integrations, security, GDPR, and scalability for global deployments.
• Partner with Enablement to stay current on releases and sharpen demo/objection handling skills.
