Job summary

Synthesia is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to establish and scale presales in France and Southern EMEA. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to deliver discovery, compelling demos, POCs, and design technical solutions for complex deals.

You will be a trusted advisor, shaping the playbook and tooling as Synthesia grows into a multi-product company across France and Southern EMEA, with travel to key customers and offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience.
• Strong discovery and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present to executive decision-makers and technical audiences.
• Fluency with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
• Willing to travel to client sites and offices.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales cycle with discovery, demos, POC scoping and technical design for deals.
• Design repeatable demos and build scalable asset libraries for multiple industries.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align messaging and with Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
• Support enterprise deals with security, integration, and architectural guidance.
