PulseRise Technologies is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to work closely with Account Executives in driving enterprise sales across Real Estate and Sustainability sectors. This impactful role is pivotal in shaping revenue-critical presales strategies.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years in presales or solutions engineering, engaging with C-level stakeholders while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of asset management and sustainability practices.

The position offers a hybrid working model across Paris, Berlin, and London with the expectation of fluency in both English and German.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales/sales engineering/solutions engineering (Enterprise SaaS).
• Strong understanding of asset management and PropTech.
• Ability to work hybrid in Paris, Berlin, or London.

We are hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner closely with Account Executives in driving enterprise sales across the Real Estate and Sustainability sectors. This is not a support role. This is a revenue-critical presales leadership role.

Our client is a leading sustainability SaaS platform serving the Real Estate sector. The company helps asset managers, property managers, and real estate investors manage sustainability performance, reduce risk, and improve financial outcomes through data-driven insights.

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years in presales / sales engineering / solutions engineering (Enterprise SaaS)
• Experience in Real Estate and/or Sustainability (required)
• Strong understanding of asset management, PropTech, or ESG environments
• C-level engagement capability
• Strong business + technical translation ability
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
• Ability to work hybrid in Paris, Berlin, or London

Nice to Have

• Experience selling into Asset Managers or Fund Managers
• Sustainability compliance knowledge (EU taxonomy, ESG reporting)
• Financial modeling exposure in Real Estate
• Experience in SaaS scale-up environments
