Job summary

Talkdesk seeks a Solutions Engineer for France to lead AI-driven demos and tailor Talkdesk AI solutions to French and European enterprises. You will design live PoCs, engage with C-level stakeholders, and map AI architecture across CRM and telephony integrations.

You will collaborate daily with global product and engineering teams in English while shaping regional adoption through strategic advisory and rapid prototyping in France.

Qualifications

• Native French with professional English fluency.
• 0 < 140 characters?
• Experience configuring AI/LLM-based systems or conversational AI platforms.
• Understanding of prompt design and context windows.
