Talkdesk is seeking a Solutions Engineer (France) to drive AI-powered conversations for French and European enterprises. You will design live PoCs, configure AI agents, and map integrations with CRMs and telephony, while collaborating daily in English with global teams.

The role requires 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, bilingual French/English, hands-on AI config, and strong presentation skills. Travel 20-50% across France and Southern Europe, with occasional international meetings.

Competenze

• 3+ years of Solutions Engineering (Pre-sales) experience in AI/SaaS.
• Hands-on AI/NLP configuration and chatbot/voicebot experience.
• Strong presentation and executive-facing facilitation.
• Fluent French with professional English communication.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and configure live PoCs featuring Talkdesk Autopilot and AI Agents.
• Advise on French market needs and transition from legacy IVRs to AI automation.
• Collaborate with regional sales to differentiate and win deals.
• Design technical architectures mapping Talkdesk AI to customer's ecosystem.
• Lead pre-sales activities and support solution qualification.
