Workiva is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with sales and internal stakeholders, driving technical wins across opportunities. You will move beyond basic demos to connect platform capabilities, automated data workflows, and practical AI tools to measurable customer outcomes.

You will uncover technical requirements, develop proofs of concept, and validate enterprise value of the Workiva platform, with travel up to 30% and collaboration across Product Marketing, Client Services, and Sales

Qualifications

• 4+ years of pre-sales/solution consulting (or management consulting) experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or onsite meetings.
• Identify areas where Workiva solutions address customer needs and drive the discovery process.
• Demonstrate knowledge across multiple domain areas and develop working knowledge of industries and use cases.
• Conduct solution demonstrations around Financial Reporting and Controls essentials.
• Develop proofs of concept and prototypes to validate requirements and demonstrate enterprise value.
