Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant who will own the full customer journey from first meeting through renewal. You’ll design and demonstrate live workflow solutions, translate designs into commercial outcomes, and collaborate with customers to ensure value is realized.

You’ll partner with BDRs on target accounts, drive discovery, and manage the commercial arc with the support of Outcomes Architects for ongoing adoption and expansion.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot in client meetings.
• Strong discovery and mapping of customer workflows to outcomes.
• Experience handling procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
• Comfort owning room and driving commercial conversations with urgency.

Responsabilités

• Own the full customer lifecycle from new logo to renewal as the single account owner.
• Design and build live workflow solutions with customers; run discovery and co-build in Notion.
• Collaborate with BDRs on account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, legal, and security reviews.
• Guide early implementation with adoption plans and handoffs to Outcomes Architects.
• Partner with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, expansion, and renewal execution.
