Notion is reimagining enterprise software sales. The Solutions Consultant owns the full customer journey from discovery to close, designs live workflow solutions, and co-builds in Notion with customers to translate designs into commercial outcomes.

You’ll partner with BDRs on account planning, navigate procurement and security reviews, and guide early implementation with a clear adoption plan. If you’re a builder who loves AI and selling complex software, this is the role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Strong discovery, qualification, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live in front of customers.

Responsabilités

• Own the full customer lifecycle—new logo, expansion, and renewal as the single owner for your book.
• Design and build workflow solutions live with customers: discovery is the demo.
• Collaborate with BDRs on target account planning and outbound engagement.
• Navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals with the right scope.
• Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan.
• Partner with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, expansion, and renewal execution.
