Workiva France is seeking a Technical Lead for pre-sales to drive integration and data management opportunities on the Workiva platform. You will bridge technical execution with customer value, collaborate with regional sales, and shape customized demonstrations for enterprise prospects.

The role demands strong leadership, bilingual fluency in French and English, and experience presenting software solutions to senior stakeholders across complex IT landscapes. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pre-sales/solution consulting or management consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent in French & English

Responsabilités

• Be the technical lead for sales opportunities related to integration and data management on the Workiva platform
• Bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer needs during the sales process
• Guide IT conversations about the Workiva platform within a customer’s tech ecosystem
• Partner with Regional Sales Directors to identify customer challenges and requirements
• Provide leadership with cross-functional Workiva resources on customer initiatives
• Design customized solutions to meet customer needs and improve finance processes
• Work with Solution Consultants to build or adapt demo solutions for prospects
• Provide project and relationship management for larger customers
• Build trust-based relationships with senior customer teams
• Identify transformation opportunities across customers’ finance organizations
• Collaborate with Sales to drive territory and pipeline development
• Create hypothesis-driven engagement plans and evaluate gates before resource allocation
• Develop business cases and proposals showcasing Workiva’s value and ROI
• Serve as the primary technical partner for enterprise opportunities
• Collaborate with partners to deliver customer business objectives
• Guide enterprise IT and business leaders on modern data strategies and AI applications
• Conduct solution discovery and value presentations across Workiva core solutions
