MotorK is seeking a Solution Engineer to join the Solution Engineering team. You will partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to craft tailored pre-sales solutions, showcase platform capabilities, and ensure smooth handoff from pre-sales to implementation.

You will design architectures, run demos and PoCs, address objections, and support field-enabled insights for both national and international customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or a similar role within SaaS/digital environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and software configurations.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Pre-sales experience including demos, trials, and RFPs.
• Familiarity with CRM, workflow tools, and cloud-based platforms.
• Comfortable with documentation, presentation, and collaboration tools (Confluence, Notion, Figma).
• Strong communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical, customer-centric mindset; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Fluent in English and French; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery with clients to translate business challenges into solution architectures (configurations, integrations, APIs).
• Deliver tailored product demos and presentations; contribute to proposals, RFPs, and sales strategy.
• Design and run trials, PoCs, and pilot programs to validate feasibility and fit.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering; share customer/market feedback.
