Shippeo in Paris is seeking a Solution Engineer to bridge technical teams and customers, owning complex integration challenges end-to-end and shaping AI-driven workflows to prevent recurring issues.

You will work within a four-person Solution Engineering squad reporting to the Director of Solution Engineering, collaborating with Product, QA, and Engineering to drive permanent fixes and improve platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of dedicated experience in Technical Support L2, Integration Consultant, or Solution Engineering within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Autonomy and problem-solving skills with a track record of continuous improvement.
• Professional fluency in English and French (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Engineering Support: Investigate and resolve complex, tier-2 user issues requiring advanced knowledge of platform behavior, data flows, APIs, and deep database queries.
• AI Leverage & Workflow Automation: Build and implement intelligent agents into existing workflows, utilizing prompting and scripting to automate diagnostics, log analysis, and knowledge synthesis.
• Systemic Problem Solving: Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering to address root causes and drive permanent architectural fixes.
• Technical Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted technical contact for the portfolio, manage incident channels, and conduct post-mortems for stakeholders.
• Incident Management Leadership: Lead response during critical platform incidents and participate in on-call rotation.
• Enablement & Knowledge Management: Update help centers, create runbooks, and train support teams for greater autonomy.
