ZF Group in Bouzonville seeks a Site HR Manager to lead the local HR department and ensure compliance with labor regulations while fostering constructive social relations. You will align HR initiatives with the company’s global strategy and contribute to automation and digitalization efforts on site.

You will develop and implement HR policies, manage HR projects, advise operational staff, and monitor HR indicators to maintain a positive work climate.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, labor law, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in HR management and social relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and social legislation.
• Proficient in HR software (ADP, Kelio, Peoplesoft, SuccessFactors).
