Antolin is seeking an HR Manager to oversee the Cambrai and Hénin-Beaumont facilities, driving people initiatives, employee relations and performance across both sites.

You will partner with plant leadership, manage HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, GDPR compliance and engagement programs while ensuring alignment with group policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Proven HR management experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of French labour law and employee relations.
• Experience with employee representatives and social dialogue processes.
• Leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience in recruitment, talent development and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring HR KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across more than one site.
• Fluency in French; English level advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Analyse, monitor and report HR KPIs to support business performance.
• Support and manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes and litigation follow-up.
• Deploy Group HR initiatives, including HRIS projects and HR policies.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on people-related matters.
• Lead recruitment activities to attract and retain talent.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Manage relationships with temporary labour providers and external recruitment partners.
• Coordinate the annual performance management process.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and Group engagement surveys.
• Identify training needs, develop training plans and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with site HSE teams to promote health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive internal communications and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to employment regulations.
• Supervise payroll, time management and personnel administration activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Manage relationships with benefits providers, insurers and public administration bodies.

Your Mission

As HR Manager for our Cambrai and Hénin-Beaumont facilities, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting business performance across both sites. Working closely with plant leadership and the wider HR team, you will drive people initiatives, employee relations, talent development, compliance and organisational effectiveness. Your mission is to create a positive and high-performing workplace culture while ensuring alignment with Antolin's values, policies and strategic objectives.
