Job summary

IQVIA in France is seeking a Site Activation Specialist to oversee development, review and rollout of Informed Consent Forms across studies and countries. You will partner with global and country teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires a life sciences background, 3+ years in clinical research in France, strong communication and project management skills, and fluency in French and English. Hybrid or homebased work model offered.

Qualifications

• Clinical research knowledge in France (ideally +3 years hands-on)
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements
• Previous experience handling submissions and/or site contracts in France
• Native French speaker with advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Prepare site regulatory documents for multiple sites and studies.
• inform team of completion of regulatory and contractual documents.
• Distribute documents to sites and internal team members.
• Maintain project tracking tools, timelines and plans.
• Track progress and approvals of regulatory documents, ICF and IP release documents.
