Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Site Activation Coordinator in France with experience in regulatory processes and cross-country collaboration. You will oversee the development, review, and rollout of Informed Consent Forms across studies, partnering with global and country teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and fluency in French with advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field.
• Clinical research knowledge in France (ideally with 1+ year hands-on experience).
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Native French speaker with advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site regulatory documents, reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
• Inform team members of completion of regulatory and contractual documents for individual sites.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members.
• Support updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans with accurate project information.
• Review, track and follow up the progress, the approval and execution of documents, regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Form (ICF) and Investigator Pack (IP) release documents.
