Job summary

IQVIA in France is seeking a Senior Site Activation Coordinator to oversee the development, review, and rollout of Informed Consent Forms across studies and countries. You will partner with global and country teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

You will coordinate regulatory documents, update internal systems and timelines, and support multiple projects in a hybrid or homebased work model, with growth opportunities within a global CRO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences or related field.
• Clinical research knowledge in France (ideally 1+ year).
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, review, and rollout of Informed Consent Forms across countries and studies.
• Coordinate with global and country teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of regulatory documents.
• Inform team members of completion of regulatory and contractual documents for sites.
• Support updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, timelines and project plans.
