Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Site Activation Coordinator in France to oversee the creation, review, and rollout of informed consent forms across multiple studies and countries. You will partner with global and country teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in a hybrid or homebased setup.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within ICH/GCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences or related field.
• Clinical research knowledge in France (ideally +1 year hands-on).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site regulatory documents for multiple sites and studies.
• Inform team members of completion of regulatory and contractual documents.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project teams.
• Support updating and maintaining internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans.
• Review and track progress, approvals, and execution of regulatory documents and IP/IPR release materials.
