IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation Specialist in France to oversee the development, review and rollout of regulatory documents across studies. You will partner with global and country teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of Informed Consent Forms and related site documents.

Join our Global Site Activation Team and help drive patient access to safe treatments in a hybrid work model. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience with site submissions and/or contracts in France.
• Native French speaker with advanced English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Prepare site regulatory documents, reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
• Inform team members of completion of regulatory and contractual documents for individual sites.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members.
• Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans with accurate project information.
• Review, track and follow up the progress, approval and execution of documents, regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Form (ICF) and Investigator Pack (IP) release documents.
