Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Site Activation Coordinator in France to oversee the development, review, and rollout of Informed Consent Forms across multiple studies. You will partner with global and country teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

The role requires a Life Sciences degree, France-specific clinical research knowledge, and strong communication and project management skills. Fluency in French and advanced English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences or related field.
• Clinical research knowledge in France (ideally with +1 year hands-on experience).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Native French speaker with advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site regulatory documents for multiple sites.
• Inform team of completion of regulatory/contractual docs.
• Distribute documents to sites and project team.
• Update internal systems, databases, tracking tools and timelines.
• Track progress and approvals of ICF and IP release documents.
