Fujitsu Group is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead for ServiceNow to own and guide technical delivery across projects. You will coordinate development teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, review designs, and ensure high-quality deployments.

You will mentor developers, participate in workshops, and lead planning efforts while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and clients. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership without enterprise architecture duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integrations, and CMDB.
• Experience leading ServiceNow development teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role Summary
The ServiceNow Technical Lead is responsible for leading technical delivery, coordinating development activities, and ensuring implementation quality. The role combines hands-on expertise, team leadership, and customer interaction. It is not an enterprise architecture role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate ServiceNow development teams.
