Fujitsu in Paris is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead for ServiceNow to guide technical delivery, coordinate development activities and ensure implementation quality. This role combines hands-on work, team leadership, and close collaboration with customers.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, support sprint planning, reviews, and deployments, and act as the primary technical contact for stakeholders, delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integrations, and CMDB.
• Experience leading ServiceNow development teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• French AND English business fluency

Technical Delivery Lead, not Architecture Lead

Role Summary

The ServiceNow Technical Lead is responsible for leading technical delivery, coordinating development activities, and ensuring implementation quality. The role combines hands‑on expertise, team leadership, and customer interaction. It is not an enterprise architecture role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate ServiceNow development teams.
• Review technical designs and code quality.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support workshops, estimations, and sprint planning.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions when required.
