You will support clients, facilitate workshops, and translate requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams. French market experience and ServiceNow expertise preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as ServiceNow consultant or similar role.
• Ability to draft specifications and design client solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with clients.
