Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Catalog and integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, MID Server, SSO, security and platform governance.
• Ability to produce clear design documents and architecture recommendations.
• Strong customer-facing, advisory and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description | Solution Design, Governance and Platform Architecture

Role Summary

The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for defining robust, scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions. The role provides architectural guidance, validates design choices, supports customer workshops, and ensures alignment with ServiceNow best practices, platform governance and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow solution design and technical architecture.
• Lead design workshops and advise customers on best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Validate technical designs, integration patterns and data models.
• Provide governance on CMDB, CSDM, security, roles and platform standards.
• Support estimates, roadmap definition and delivery planning.
• Guide technical teams and review critical implementation decisions.
• Identify risks, technical debt and improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Catalog and integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, MID Server, SSO, security and platform governance.
• Ability to produce clear design documents and architecture recommendations.
• Strong customer-facing, advisory and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications

• Required: CSA and at least one CIS certification.
• Preferred: CAD, CIS ITSM, CIS CSM, CIS HRSD, CIS FSM or CTA pathway certifications.
