You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, support sprint planning, reviews, and deployments, and act as the primary technical contact for stakeholders, delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integrations, and CMDB.
- Experience leading ServiceNow development teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- French AND English business fluency
Responsabilités
- Lead and coordinate ServiceNow development teams.
- Review technical designs and code quality.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support workshops, estimations, and sprint planning.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions when required.
- Manage technical issues, upgrades, and deployments.
- Mentor developers and promote best practices.
- Act as the main technical point of contact for project stakeholders.
