Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a ServiceNow Presales Specialist to collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand requirements and size opportunities. You will translate customer needs into ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, SAM/HAM, Procurement, and Contract Management, while identifying cross-selling opportunities.

You will develop tailored solutions, define margins with in-country pre-sales and delivery teams, and draft comprehensive statements of work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and French required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Sales Support and collaborate with the sales team through the full sales cycle.
• Scope and size opportunities in ITSM, CMDB, SAM/HAM, Procurement, and Contract Management.
• Design tailored ServiceNow solutions and prepare proposals and demos.
• Create and maintain solution collaterals and clear SOWs with in-country pre-sales and delivery teams.
