Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to provide architectural advisory across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, and CMDB. You will work with executives, platform owners, and development teams to structure engagements and deliver strategic roadmaps.

The role requires 8+ years in professional services with enterprise architecture experience and strong stakeholder management, communication, and advisory skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services or equivalent.
• Demonstrated management consulting experience.
• Creativity with comfort running programs independently within a startup-paced environment.
• Experience leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Industry domain expertise, enterprise architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during selling, structuring, and implementation.
• Provide architectural advisory across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal team members.
• Offer architectural knowledge across multiple workflows (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB).
• Develop relationships with CoE and business leaders to understand ServiceNow's role in digital transformation.
• Translate business goals and outcomes into customer roadmap and architectural blueprints.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard.
• Manage technical governance and delivery operating model.
• Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to ServiceNow leading practices.
• Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating the engagement and change orders.
• Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform.

Job description

Locations: Remote from any below locations

Rate: 450 GBP Per Day Max

Languages English + Any of the following language:

• French
• German
• Portuguese
• Finnish and Swedish.

Workflow: ITSM / HRSD / SPM / IRM / CMDB / CSM

Certifications: CMA/CTA preferred, Certified ServiceNow Professional

Technical Skills: Architecture, instance strategy, governance, integrations, CMDB, Flow Designer, APIs, enterprise patterns

Language: English required / EU language preferred

• Stakeholder Management capabilities to connect & work with CXOs, FDEs
• Strong Communication skills- be the "gravitas"
• Finally, must have implementation skills across ITOM, HR, AI adoption, good understanding of Regulatory Compliances
