Job summary

Kurmi Software Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Solution Sales Professional to own growth within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will identify, develop, and close opportunities for Kurmi’s ServiceNow integration and AI-agent solutions, collaborating with sales, CSM, and presales teams, partners, and system integrators to build a co-sell pipeline.

You will travel across the world to engage IT/ITSM buyers and drive pipeline health while evolving into an Account Executive with a dedicated territory.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales in complex deals.
• Experience selling into the ServiceNow ecosystem (ISV/partner) is mandatory.
• Strong AI knowledge and appetite.
• Existing relationships with ServiceNow teams or integrators is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English; French and/or German a plus for EMEA footprint.
• Willingness to travel globally for customer meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline for ServiceNow-integrated and AI-agent solutions.
• Develop the ServiceNow ecosystem with partners and system integrators.
• Run full sales cycle from prospecting to close with revenue team alignment.
• Articulate Kurmi’s value to IT/ITSM stakeholders and translate capabilities into outcomes.
• Craft account strategies with cross-functional teams and present tailored pitches.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and messaging.
• Represent Kurmi at ecosystem events to generate pipeline and progress opportunities.
• Maintain CRM visibility, forecasting, and pipeline health.
