Job summary

Us3 Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions and provide technical leadership across engagements in Paris. You will guide customers through platform improvements, mentor consultants, and ensure successful delivery with strong problem-solving and workshop facilitation skills.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS), and collaboration with customers to drive innovation and consistent delivery across projects

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow Professional Services or Consulting experience.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making or problem solving.
• Hold ServiceNow certifications CSA, CAD, and CIS.
• Hands-on leadership providing prescriptive guidance and maintaining platform health.

Responsibilities

• Review and guide advanced technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing, and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Technical Consultants while driving solution quality and customer value.
• Provide technical leadership and independently run projects.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues across engagements.
• Guide customers through technical discussions and documentation to drive innovation and consistent delivery.
• Document business requirements covering technical aspects of solutions.
• Participate in workshops to assess current processes and establish future-state workflows.
• Oversee unit testing of code developed by partners or customers.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on customer experiences.
• Contribute to engagement status reports with visibility of utilisation, risks, and actions.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into workflows and decision-making.
