Exclusive Networks, a global cybersecurity go-to-market specialist, is seeking a Services Engineer - ServiceNow to drive pre-sales and post-sales activities across the ServiceNow portfolio, initially focusing on Armis and Veza cybersecurity solutions. You will support opportunity development, demonstrations, proofs of concept, implementation and adoption.

Ideal candidates have experience in pre-sales or post-sales consulting with ServiceNow or related platforms, and strong design/implementation

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales consulting.
• ServiceNow, Armis, Veza or cybersecurity platform experience.
• Ability to design and implement solutions.

• Provide pre-sales technical support, discovery workshops, demonstrations and proofs of concepts.
• Design and implement ServiceNow, Armis and Veza solutions.
• Support RFPs and technical responses.
• Deliver implementation, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer.
• Provide post-sales support and adoption guidance.
• Deliver technical enablement sessions for customers and partners.

About the role

The Services Engineer - ServiceNow is a full lifecycle technical consultant responsible for both pre-sales and post-sales activities across the ServiceNow portfolio. Initially focused on Armis and Veza cybersecurity solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, the role supports opportunity development, solution design, demonstrations, proof of concepts, implementation, adoption and customer success.
