Consensio Chalets in Courchevel 1850 is seeking Serviced Apartment Hosts to join our team. You will provide daily continental breakfast and housekeeping across our properties, ensuring a 5-star guest experience. You may cover the phone for guest inquiries, drive for deliveries, and occasionally support another Consensio property.

Accommodation is provided along with a competitive benefits package and the potential for seasonal bonuses based on performance.

Responsabilités

• Housekeeping: weekly changeover clean, daily guest-area cleaning, linen and laundry coordination, stock monitoring.
• Breakfast Service: prepare and present continental breakfast, eggs to order, ensure items are well presented and replenished.
• Other Duties: answer guest inquiries by phone, drive company vehicles for deliveries, assist at other Consensio properties as needed.

We are currently recruiting Serviced Apartment Hosts to join our team in Courchevel 1850.

Please note that all applicants must have the legal right to work in France, either through an EU passport or a valid Carte de Séjour.

Role Overview

This is a varied and hands‑on role that provides our Serviced Apartment guests with a 5‑star experience. As part of our Serviced Apartment team, you will work in our properties in Courchevel 1850, providing your guests with a daily breakfast and housekeeping service.

Main Responsibilities

Housekeeping

• Conducting a thorough weekly changeover clean of the entire property and a mid‑week towel change.
• Providing daily housekeeping for all guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, ski room, living areas, kitchen and the spa area.
• Ensuring the back‑of‑house and laundry areas remain clean, well‑organised, and efficient.
• Co‑ordinating stock and linen requirements for the property, as well as monitoring the laundry standards of the external supplier and reporting any issues.
• Assisting with daily bread deliveries and guest grocery shopping.
• Completing daily checks of the property and reporting any damage or issues to the Resort Apartments Supervisor.
• Upholding hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies.

Breakfast Service

• Prepare and present the daily continental breakfast to company standard.
• Cook eggs to order as requested by guests.
• Ensure all breakfast items are well presented, replenished, and served promptly, including fresh pastries, breads, fruits and accompaniments.
• Provide warm, attentive morning service that enhances the guest experience.

Other Duties

• Covering the phone available to guests on the Resort Apartment Supervisor's time off, offering assistance to guests with queries and requests.
• Driving company vehicles for bread and shopping deliveries, with possible occasional guest driving required.
• You may occasionally be asked to support another Consensio property; training will be provided whenever this is required.
