Consensio Chalets in Courchevel 1850 is seeking Serviced Apartment Hosts to deliver a 5-star guest experience, providing daily breakfast and housekeeping in our luxury properties.

You will perform weekly changeovers, maintain cleanliness, manage stock and laundry, assist with bread deliveries, and drive company vehicles as needed. Accommodation is provided.

Applicants must have the right to work in France; seasonal roles with overtime, bonus, and travel contribution are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or serviced apartments is desirable.
• Ability to deliver breakfast service and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Flexibility to work in a seasonal, luxury-resort environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct weekly changeover clean of the property and midweek towel change.
• Provide daily housekeeping for guest areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, ski room, living areas, kitchen and spa.
• Coordinate stock and linen; monitor laundry standards and liaise with external suppliers.
• Assist with bread deliveries and guest grocery shopping.
• Take daily checks of the property and report issues to the Supervisor.
• Provide warm, attentive breakfast service and ensure items are well presented and replenished.
• Answer guest queries and assist with requests; drive company vehicles for deliveries as needed.

We are currently recruiting Serviced Apartment Hosts to join our team in Courchevel 1850.

Please note that all applicants must have the legal right to work in France, either through an EU passport or a valid Carte de Séjour.

Role Overview

This is a varied and hands-on role that provides our Serviced Apartment guests with a 5-star experience. As part of our Serviced Apartment team, you will work in our properties in Courchevel 1850, providing your guests with a daily breakfast and housekeeping service.

Main Responsibilities

Housekeeping

• Conducting a thorough weekly changeover clean of the entire property and a midweek towel change.
• Providing daily housekeeping for all guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, ski room, living areas, kitchen and the spa area.
• Ensuring the back-of-house and laundry areas remain clean, well-organised, and efficient.
• Co-ordinating stock and linen requirements for the property, as well as monitoring the laundry standards of the external supplier and reporting any issues.
• Assisting with daily bread deliveries and guest grocery shopping.
• Completing daily checks of the property and reporting any damage or issues to the Resort Apartments Supervisor.
• Upholding hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies.

Breakfast Service

• Prepare and present the daily continental breakfast to company standard.
• Cook eggs to order as requested by guests.
• Ensure all breakfast items are well presented, replenished, and served promptly, including fresh pastries, breads, fruits and accompaniments.
• Provide warm, attentive morning service that enhances the guest experience.

Other Duties

• Covering the phone available to guests on the Resort Apartment Supervisor's time off, offering assistance to guests with queries and requests.
• Driving company vehicles for bread and shopping deliveries, with possible occasional guest driving required.
• You may occasionally be asked to support another Consensio property; training will be provided whenever this is required.
