Consensio Chalets in Val d’Isère, Méribel and Courchevel seeks Resort Assistants to support our resort teams and deliver a 5-star guest experience across serviced apartments and catered chalets.

You will perform meticulous housekeeping, assist chalet teams, provide driving service, and help with breakfast, meals, and guest errands. Accommodation and meals are provided; seasonal bonus and ski pass reimbursement apply.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Must have the legal right to work in France (EU passport or Carte de Séjour).
• Willingness to work across multiple resorts (Val d'Isère, Méribel, Courchevel).
• Ability to perform housekeeping and guest hosting tasks across serviced apartments and chalets.

Responsabilités

• Perform weekly deep cleans of properties and daily housekeeping for guest areas.
• Coordinate stock and linen, monitor laundry standards with suppliers.
• Assist with daily bread deliveries and guest grocery shopping.
• Conduct daily property checks; report damages to the Apartment Manager.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards per company policy.
• Provide in-resort driving service for guests as needed.
• Answer guest calls when the Apartment Manager is unavailable.
• Serve breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening meals in chalets.
• Prepare a simple cooked breakfast when the chef is unavailable.

We are pleased to offer Resort Assistant positions across our three resorts: Val d’Isère, Méribel and Courchevel.

Please note that all applicants must have the legal right to work in France, either through an EU passport or a valid Carte de Séjour.

Role Overview

This is a varied and hands‑on role that supports our resort teams in delivering a 5-star guest experience. As part of our Resort Assistant team, you will work across both serviced apartments and catered chalets.

The primary focus of this role is to provide meticulous housekeeping for guests in the serviced apartments, while also assisting the chalet teams with all elements of the hosting service.

Main Responsibilities

• Housekeeping:
  • Conducting a thorough weekly changeover clean of the entire property and a midweek linen change.
  • Providing daily housekeeping for all guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, ski room, living areas, kitchen and the spa area.
  • Ensuring the back‑of‑house and laundry areas remain clean, well‑organised, and efficient.
• Stock: Co‑ordinating stock and linen requirements for the property, as well as monitoring the laundry standards of the external supplier and reporting any issues.
• Shopping: Assisting with daily bread deliveries and guest grocery shopping.
• Maintenance: Completing daily checks of the property and reporting any damage or issues to the Apartment Manager.
• Health & Safety: Upholding hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
• Driving Duties: Providing the in‑resort driving service for guests as needed.
• Guest Concierge: Covering the phone available to guests on the Apartment Manager’s day off.
• Chalet Service: Serving breakfast, afternoon tea, and the evening meal.
• Cooking: Providing a simple cooked breakfast for guests on the chef’s day off.
