Qualifications

• 5+ years as Platform/SRE/DevOps or software development with hands-on incident response experience.
• Experience creating and delivering technical content to broad audiences.
• Familiarity with modern tooling for incident management and incident response.

Responsabilités

• Act as a subject matter expert for service management and incident response.
• Create demos, blogs, talks, documentation, webinars, and open source contributions.
• Collaborate with product engineering to build demos and coach teams on communication.
• Engage with open source communities to drive messaging and integrations.
• Contribute to product feedback, docs, or code.
