United States Digital Space LLC in Paris seeks a Distinguished Engineer to lead cross-cutting technical transformations at scale. You will own end-to-end programs spanning architecture, deployment, and modernization across Product Engineering, Platform, Infrastructure and Data.

The role requires operating at the highest levels, guiding migrations, and establishing common standards for platform development and observability across hundreds of engineers.

Qualifications

• Operated at Principal, Distinguished, Senior Principal, Fellow, or equivalent in a large engineering org.
• Led transformations involving hundreds of engineers or large service fleets.
• Managed distributed systems and production infrastructure during major migrations.
• Handled architecture decisions with broad and lasting impact.

Responsabilités

• Own high-impact technical transformations end to end: architecture, migration, and retirement of legacy systems.
• Drive cross-team changes in infrastructure and application code across the org.
• Define and enforce standards for service communication, reliability, and developer platforms.
• Lead initiatives across Product Engineering, Platform, Infrastructure and Data.
