Fortinet, Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our TAC team in EMEA. You will provide real-time troubleshooting and support to Fortinet customers and partners, working closely with R&D to resolve complex issues.

The role requires strong English, 10+ years in networking/security, and deep TCP/IP knowledge. You will interact in a multicultural, fast-paced environment and contribute to security solutions across product lines.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and other CEE languages.
• 10+ years of experience in networking or security industry.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP.
• Fortinet NSE4 Fortigate Administrator certification.
• Knowledge of scripting / programming / automation.
• Knowledge of database maintenance and SQL.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support and assistance to Fortinet certified partners and customers.
• Run real-time troubleshooting sessions with partners/customers.
• Test and reproduce partner/customer issues in Laboratory.
• Work on escalations from Level 2 technical support team.
• Report Software/Hardware related issues to R&D department.
