Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in AECO or Data & Platform solutions.
• 8+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Knowledge of Autodesk solution portfolio.
• Outcome-focused problem solving.
• Sales-supporting experience (presales) preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer systems, workflows, pain points, and objectives.
• Design tailored technical solutions demonstrating ROI aligned with customer initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a strategic technical roadmap for each account.
• Build trust through credible, consistent delivery and solution-focused engagement.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate and mentor technical specialists to deliver demos, benchmarks, evaluations, and ROI modelling.
