CMA CGM Group in Marseille seeks a Senior Specialist in Group Learning and Development to drive talent development programs, align with group standards, and lead analytics-driven insights for an inclusive learning culture.

You will supervise teams as needed, coordinate training logistics, and partner with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver operational excellence and measurable development outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Talent Development, HR Analytics, or HR Controls.
• Strong coordination and team leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver talent development programs for targeted populations.
• Support people reviews, succession discussions, and talent committee meetings.
• Administer assessment tools and translate results into development actions.
• Design and update development pathways and learning journeys.
• Maintain talent and learning data, build dashboards, and report on participation and outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with Group policies and collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance employee experience.
• Support internal communications and foster a culture of learning and inclusion.
