CMA CGM in Marseille is seeking a Talent Development Professional to drive learning and talent programs, collaborating with business leaders to align with Group standards and foster a high-performance learning culture.

You will supervise teams, ensure smooth training logistics, and leverage analytics to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years in Talent Development, HR Analytics, or HR Controls.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

  • Program Coordination & Delivery: Lead and coordinate talent development programs for targeted populations.
  • Talent Strategy Execution: Support people reviews, succession discussions, and talent committee meetings.
  • Assessment & Analytics: Administer assessment tools, consolidate results, translate insights into actions.
  • Learning Design: Contribute to design and update of development pathways and learning journeys.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain talent/learning data, build dashboards, report on participation and outcomes.
  • Compliance & Collaboration: Align with Group policies; partner with HRBPs and stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Culture & Engagement: Support internal communication to foster learning culture.

As a Talent Development Professional, you will drive the execution of learning and talent programs to deliver operational excellence and impactful employee development. You will act as a key player in Talent Management for your activity area, collaborating with business leaders and the Talent Development team to align initiatives with Group standards and foster a high-performance learning culture.

Your mission includes supervising teams when needed, ensuring seamless training logistics, and leveraging analytics to track progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

YOUR ROLE

  • Data & Reporting: Maintain talent/learning data, build dashboards, and provide reports on participation, completion, and outcomes.
  • Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure alignment with Group policies, and partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to gather needs and promote programs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Culture & Engagement: Support internal communication and actions to foster a culture of learning, inclusion, and development.

Profile description:

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Experience: 6-8 years in Talent Development, HR Analytics, or HR Controls.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong coordination and team leadership abilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
    • Attention to detail and service orientation.
    • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
    • Passion for process improvement and employee development.
