CMA CGM Group is seeking a Leadership Trainer (M/F) in Marseille. You will develop and facilitate leadership development, culture and transformation programs, collaborating with a Back Office team to deliver innovative learning solutions for internal clients.

You will engage with Top Management and operational teams, apply strong facilitation, and design impactful training content in both English and French. Join a global leader driving energy transition and sustainable logistics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 10+ years of professional experience in training and facilitating leadership solutions.
• Ability to listen, question, analyze, and synthesize client needs.
• Comfort working with Top Management and operational teams.
• Proactive, confident in negotiations, and skilled in persuasion techniques.
• Creativity, teaching ability, and strong teamwork and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Listen to, analyze, and structure internal client needs.
• Design and facilitate leadership, management, culture, and transformation solutions.
• Develop innovative learning approaches for in-person and remote delivery.
• Identify, assess, train, and coordinate a network of facilitators.
• Draft specifications and launch tenders with Procurement; select providers by price/quality.
• Lead complex training projects from design through deployment.
• Develop training materials and promotional content.
• Evaluate learning solutions and drive continuous improvement.
