Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for technical, professional, and managerial roles; executive recruiting a plus.

Responsabilités

• Interview and recommend placement of candidates for professional, technical, and managerial positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Lead and manage significant recruiting projects, including vendor management and special initiative recruiting efforts.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• May recruit executive-level employees and contribute to high-level talent acquisition planning.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates.
